I/We the customer confirm that I/We request the services of Dog Wedding Chaperone by Emily’s Canine Crew (DWC by ECC) on the agreed date of our wedding and we agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Company’s Responsibilities: DWC by ECC agrees to provide the services outlined in the Quotation Breakdown provided to you the customer, ensuring all aspects of the services are carried out in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner.
Quality of Work: DWC by ECC guarantees that for the duration of the service; from initial contact to completion of booking, all work will be performed to the highest standards, using skills, knowledge and experience gained from the previous 7 years of professional development.
Communication: DWC by ECC will maintain clear and consistent communication, with you the customer from initial contact to completion of booking. DWC by ECC will include updates on the day via the customer’s own WhatsApp Chat.
Timings: DWC by ECC agree to arrive at the stated Start Time on the Quotation Breakdown, to begin the caring of the customer’s dog(s) and stay with the customer’s dog(s) providing one to one care in the agreed location(s) until the Finish Time outlined on the Quotation Breakdown, when the care concludes.
• Finish Time – Without Overnight Stay: If NO overnight stay is required for the care package, then DWC by ECC will depart from the agreed safe location at 8pm (UK Time), knowing that you the customer or an agreed carer will arrive/be returning to your dog(s) within the next 4 hours.
• Finish Time – WITH Overnight Stay: If an overnight stay is required for the care package, DWC by ECC will stay with the customer’s dog(s) at the agreed location; your home or venue accommodation, until 10am (UK Time) the following day of your wedding day, knowing that you the customer or an agreed carer will arrive/be returning to your dog(s) within the next 4 hours.
Deposits: Once the customer has agreed they wish to proceed with their booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 5 working days to confirm the booking into DWC by ECC’s diary. After receiving the 25% deposit, DWC by ECC will confirm your booking with you the customer. This is payable by Bank Transfer ONLY.
Payments & Schedules: The remaining 75% balance of the Quote will be required 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. However, if your wedding date is over 12 months away, DWC by ECC are happy to discuss payment plans with you the customer, to help spread the cost of the Quote. This is payable by Bank Transfer ONLY.
Cancellations: Should you the customer need or want to cancel your booking with DWC by ECC, any monies received; excluding the 25% non-refundable deposit, will be refunded to you within 5 working days, to your requested account and proof will be sent via email communication that this transaction has been carried out.
Meet & Greets: Included within the booking fee, is one meet and greet session, of no extra charge for familiarisation. If additional meet and greet sessions are required, these will be invoiced separately are charged at £30.00 for an hour’s session. Meet and Greet sessions will be booked in on a day and at a time to suit both you the customer and DWC by ECC; these will take place around 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, unless requested earlier by you the customer.
Bank Details: All payments are to be made via Bank Transfer ONLY and to be sent to the account details below.

Public Liability Insurance (PLI): DWC by ECC hold valid PLI and proof is available upon request.
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS): DWC by ECC hold valid DBS certificate and proof is available upon request.
Dog First Aid: DWC by ECC attend a Dog First Aid course every 3 years and always carries a dog first aid kit with them. The customer agrees for DWC by ECC to provide basic first aid to their dog(s) should it be necessary, or in the case of an emergency take them to the customer’s own vets or a nearby vets whichever is closest.
Inability to Deliver Services: Should DWC by ECC be unable to deliver the agreed services due to illness, breakdown of vehicle or other unforeseen circumstances, DWC by ECC will refund all monies paid by the customer excluding the 25% non-refundable deposit.
Event Meals: Should it be required that DWC by ECC are on-site at the venue all day/for the duration of the package booked by the customer, the customer agrees to provide DWC by ECC with a meal; this includes breakfast the following morning if DWC by ECC are staying on-site overnight at venue accommodation.
Dog Friendly Venue: DWC by ECC require written confirmation via email communication, to confirm that the venue where the dog(s) will be chaperoned to is dog friendly. If the venue is not dog friendly/allows assistance dogs only, the customer must have confirmation from the venue, that their dog is allowed on-site at the venue on the customer’s wedding day.
Venue Contact: DWC by ECC must be provided with a point of contact for the Venue.
Emergency Contact: DWC by ECC must be provided with a point of contact that is able to support for any emergencies that may arise during the package duration, if required.
Key Holding: If DWC by ECC requires a key to gain access to the location in which the customer’s dog(s) will be at when collecting them and dropping them off, you the customer must provide DWC by ECC with a working key. If no key is provided to DWC by ECC, meaning DWC by ECC are unable to gain access to your dog(s) then the services will be cancelled.
Photos/Videos: DWC by ECC will where possible capture as many photos and videos from the dog’s perspective whilst on-site at the venue/chaperoning hours are taking place, and once edited send these to the customer via their WhatsApp Chat.
Social Media: Unless requested by you the customer, DWC by ECC remain the right to post any photos/videos from your wedding day to their social media accounts/website etc.
